Advocacy

As a unified voice, Statewide Prevention Coalition Association (SPCA) members advocate for local, statewide and national policy issues that relate to substance abuse prevention. Members educate key leaders on the problems facing their communities and seek to form collaborative partnerships in order to find lasting solutions.
