Alcohol Awareness Month

Drug-Free Action Alliance is observing the 22nd Annual Alcohol Awareness Month this April by bringing attention to the disease of alcoholism and emphasizing the health risks associated with problem drinking. This year’s theme is Saving Lives: Prevent and Reduce Underage Drinking. Drug-Free Action Alliance is highlighting 4 topics during Alcohol Awareness Month:

• Screenings & Resources to Combat Alcoholism
• Risks of Alcohol Abuse on Women
• Senior Adult Alcoholism; and
• Underage Consumption.
