The Ohio Center for Coalition Excellence further assists communities to mobilize substance abuse prevention efforts. Through participation in Drug Free Action Alliance's Ohio Center for Coalition Excellence, community groups increase their capacity to change their community environments to foster drug free lifestyles.
- Minimum of 4 stand alone trainings per year
- Collaboration on pre-conference tracks and other special events with state partners
- Special events such as the Marijuana as Medicine Summits I and II
OverviewDrug Free Action Alliance brings together more than 46 colleges and universities to form campus and community coalitions to reduce the environmental influences that condone or promote high-risk drinking. Drug Free Action Alliance helps the colleges and universities to focus on five strategies for reducing the environmental influences.
BenefitsThis membership site is a by invitation only community provided for designated staff of four year colleges and universities as well as community colleges involved with on campus prevention programming.
